We offer one on one, buddy and group training sessions at our great indoor facilities located in the CBD and Northern Beaches.

Alternatively if you prefer to work out in the beautiful outdoors, this can be arranged!

Sarah Deller

Sarah Deller I’ve been training with Jade for two years now and I can’t believe how far I’ve come. When I first met Jade I was lacking motivation due to being bored of doing the same thing all the time, had virtually no body strength and was in serious need of someone to help me get moving again. I was so nervous at my first session as had never trained with a personal trainer before and had no idea how use gym equipment. We a chat before we started and I felt so much calmer as she really listened to me and knew exactly what I was wanting to gain. Little did I know how much my body and life would change!

Each week Jade challenges me with new workout and gives me new ideas to add into my workouts when I’m training on my own. I’ve gone from struggling to lift a couple of kilos to now being able to do 50kg deadlifts and push press 20kg!

Jade helped me tweak my diet and gave me new recipe ideas to try. I’m now eating a wider variety of food and am feeling so much healthier and still enjoying my treats at the weekend!

I’ve gained so much more than I expected from my weekly sessions with Jade. I’m motivated, fitter, stronger, 6 kilos lighter, toned and in the best shape I’ve ever been. Her technical knowledge is second to none and she covers all aspect of fitness including cardio, strength and core fitness.
